We are in need of a WMS Analyst to work as part of our team in the implementation of the Manhattan PkMS Warehouse Management System(WMS).

Key responsibilities include: Serves as the Subject Matter Expert and support for the Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Research, develop, and document system requirements for improvement in the WMS. Work with the Information Technology team to build and meet schedules for enhancement improvements.

Assist in requirements gathering, technical design review, and production walk through as needed.

Assist in developing and maintaining functional configurations in WMS. Assist in developing and implementing processes in WMS branches.

Research and troubleshoot WMS and process issues.

Formulate and customize, as needed, branch level training documents, visual aids and necessary materials to deliver high quality training.

Ensure all Book Fair operations and inventory associates are properly trained in the use and functionality of the WMS. Perform system testing of the WMS software application.

Assist WMS Project manager in remaining within budget, on schedule, and enact changes with minimal business disruption.

Work to support WMS and non-WMS branches through data analysis & report development.

A minimum of two (2) years experience in Inventory Management/ Supply Chain/ Operations.

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Work, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Ability to travel up to 90% of the time, as required.

Experience with Manhattan Associates WMS experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as professional presentation & facilitation skills.

Sound organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Sound analytical skills coupled with information system literacy.
