Inexperienced Bulk Drivers Experience rewarded but not required - Company-provided CDL training Earn between $37,000 and $47,000 in your first year - 100% conventionals Great benefits package including low-cost insurance Experienced Bulk Drivers Paid orientation Steady year-round miles Earn between $51,000 and $62,000 within 4 years-100% conventionals Immediate medical, dental, vision and life insurance - 50% to100% company-matched 401(k) plan Owner-Operators New fuel surcharge on empty and loaded miles - $.90-$.97 per loaded or empty mile for solos and teams Save up to $10,000 per truck, per year with Schneider's Purchase Power Program Average 2,300 miles per week No New York City or Canada runs Additional Schneider Incentives: Predictable freight lanes and time-at-home No hand unloading No grocery warehouses or related delays Excellent benefits Job Requirements Must be at least 21 years old (DOT requirement) Hold a valid driver's license (must be issued by your state of residence) Clean driving record Solid work history Commitment to safety, integrity, respect and excellence Schneider National Bulk Carriers has developed and implemented a formal 'Time Off' program.

It allows you as a driver to pick your days off well in advance.

Each month, you will have five guaranteed days so you can plan better.
