Description: LG Electronics USA, Inc. is currently seeking a Reverse Logistics Coordinator for our Logistics department.
This position will be based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.
.
The Reverse Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for tracking all Home Depot/GE agent RA's and return shipments, monitoring Home Depot/GE agent return inventories and condition of product ,all returns to DC's and direct shipments from Home Depot/GE agent DC's to AS-IS dealers and refurbishment centers, and working with appropriate departments to solve any issues.
Responsibilities also entail managing disposition of product at Agent DC, customer issue logs, problem resolution and escalation, continuous improvement, and generation/distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
*BA/BS degree or equivalent.
*Minimum of 3 years Logistics/Distribution experience.
*Good communication skills.
*Knowledge of PC and related programs.
*Reverse Logistics experience preferred.
