PKMS Applications Analyst
Prior PKMS Experience REQUIRED PRIOR PKMS OR WMS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Essential Responsibilities Include
1. Monitor and troubleshoot the production environments for all Distribution Center Systems (PKMS, Sort Director, Pick Director, Accusort FASTLABEL, Fedex Server, KRONOS and Smartinfo) on a daily basis, including on-call support as needed.
2. Work with the DC Operations team to identify and resolve system issues in a timely manner, escalating issues to the IT Logistics Team as necessary.
3. Work as part of the project team for distribution systems projects or other IS projects relating to distribution systems⁄business needs whenever necessary.

4. Responsible for setting up test data, documenting and executing specific test scenarios for system modifications, enhancements, upgrades and⁄or patches sent from software vendors.
5. Provide reporting services to improve data integrity and workflow for Operations using Smartinfo, Crystal Reports, SQL or MS Access.
6. Maintain excellent, positive communication with all associates and management in the Distribution Center.
7. Assist DC Production Team with operational duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Are: - High school degree, technical school training and/or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
- 3 - 5 years of operational experience and systems exposure in a warehousing or retail industry setting.
- Previous administrative experience with PKMS in another distribution center (preferably retail).
- Excellent written and verbal skills required.
Ability to contribute positively to a team environment.
