Clerical - Administrative
MCST Preferred Transportation, Inc. is a premier temperature-controlled logistics provider to serve the frozen and refrigerated foods industry.

J., with offices in Florida and California.
MCST has a full time opportunity for an Administrative Clerk.
Job Summary: Answering and directing telephone calls Compile and maintain records required by Regulatory Authorities to ensure files and computer data are accurate and meet compliance standards.
Copy data and compiles records and reports.
Tabulates and post data in record books.
Records orders for merchandise or service.
Maintains records and files of corporate fleet management program.
Provides information to drivers.
Prepares, issues, and sends out receipts, bills, invoices, and statements.
Scanning, copying, faxing and filing.
Operates office machines, such as typewriter, adding, calculating, and duplicating machines.
Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.
May greet and assist visitors.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, Proficient in computer applications to input and retrieve data.
(MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and freight handling/routing software).
Excellent organizational skills Knowledge of freight handling software preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
