Airport Station Manager
USA 3000 Airlines is seeking an experienced Airport Station Manager in Newark, NJ. Company Information USA 3000 Airlines, in conjunction with our sister company Apple Vacations, currently operates from Philadelphia, Newark, Cleveland, Baltimore, Detroit, Pittsburgh, St. Louis, and Chicago to warm weather destinations in the Caribbean, Mexico and Florida.
We are seeking an experienced Airport Station Manager to operate all functions associated with maintaining base operations in Newark, NJ. This position reports directly to our General Manager of Stations and oversees a team of a supervisor, and contractors.
Primary Responsibilities Ensure on-time departures and provide an excellent travel experience for vacation and charter passengers.
Assist in the development and implementation of the policies, standards, procedures and instruction that will assure the proper and efficient performance of base operations.
Ensure the efficient utilization of the allocated work force in meeting on-going required operational assignments.
Notify and interface with the GM of Stations on any station related issues affecting the operation.
Manage to ensure adequate materials and manpower are available to accomplish the required tasks.
Job Qualifications Prior airline industry management/supervisory experience required.
