Support our Agent Partners by with all service move, add, change requests; guiding on required paperwork, submitting and tracking orders through completion, providing status updates to the Agent through completion.
Research billing issues, review invoices and acct inventory on behalf of agent.
Review, analyze and extrapolate data from billing and order tracking systems, strong excel skills required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong telephone skills required.
Background in telecommunications is preferred.
