Position Description The Web Producer is the central point of contact for front-end development projects on americanfundsretirement.com. Primary responsibilities include project scheduling, release planning, resource coordination, coordinating communications between front-end and back-end teams, risk assessment, and managing scope.

Qualifications Hiring Criteria: - At least three years of recent experience in a related web-based project management/production role - Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities while coordinating team workflow in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as exceptional interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills as well as an eye for detail - Knowledge of website technology desired - Bachelor's degree and knowledge of the financial service/mutual fund industry strongly preferred We offer excellent salaries, a progressive environment and a premier benefits package that includes: Medical, dental and vision coverage effective day one Three weeks vacation in year one 15% of annual salary plus bonuses contributed by the company to your retirement plan, up to IRS limits Generous educational assistance Health club subsidy Paid, comprehensive training programs Team-oriented working environment Business casual dressWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
