Advanced coding skills and knowledge and experience with web technologies and a service-based architecture are essential.
Job Responsibilities: The back end developer will be responsible for driving the design and architecture of large-scale infrastructure.
Experience in a lead role with the ability to mentor other developers is required.
The ideal candidate must also be willing to participate in resolving production problems as member of the 2nd-Tier support staff.
The front end developer will be involved in the creation, design, sites and Web-based applications to support multiple browser environments.
Basic skills include HTML, JSP, and JavaScript.
Experience in PERL would be useful.
This position will primarily involve working with HTML and JSP interfaces; and to a lesser extent, it will also involve basic programming and the utilization of relational databases, will work directly with Java developers.
Qualifications: At least 2 years of Web development, architecture and J2EE experience required.
Experience with one or more of the following: Web Services, mysql and Oracle development, Java/Unix, Apache.
Experience developing in a structured development environment Experience with software development methodologies Qualifications for backend end developer: At least 2 years of professional Web development experience Excellent design and layout skills.
Must have strong knowledge of HTML and JSP code.
Knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Perl, C.
Knowledge of graphic applications software for use in creative user interface designs, such as Adobe Photoshop.
Knowledge of relational databases, methodology/management systems, and the ability to operate within a source code control system are preferred.
A high degree of technical aptitude is required for this position.
Must be highly detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work closely with others in a team environment.
