Sr. Software Engineer, WindowsCE
Software/Firmware Engineer to develop with WinCE We are seeking a firmware/embedded engineer that is strong with Windows CE Kernel development.
If you have this experience, we want to talk with you. Your experience needs to be strong in WinCE Kernel with ASIC & Hardware platform co-design, Kernel/BSP support for MIPS platforms, device drivers, boot firmware, patches, applications, development tools.
ALL candidates must have 2 years beyond educational experience in a commercial environment.
Requirements: - 5+ years experience in systems programming: expert in C/C++, UNIX/Embedded development environments, and strong CS/EE background.
- Knowledge of Microprocessors, A/V codec hardware and software (MPEG, DVD, WMV), digital signal processing, computer networking, computer graphics, cryptography and Digital Rights management.
- Familiarity with computer system architecture, board level components, I/O devices, hardware-software integration & interfacing, bring-up, and debugging.
- Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, programming languages (including, but not limited to C/C++, and one or more RISC assembly languages), code design and optimization for embedded environments.
- The ideal candidate would have over 5 years experience in digital video and/or audio, and a broad set of skills covering most aspects of computer systems.
The candidate should be efficient, self-motivated, goal-oriented, a team-player, energetic, and possess good written and oral communication skills.
Education: BSEE/BSCS/MSCS/MSEE - MS preferred or equivalent.
