Senior Release Engineer
Senior Release Engineer, CA ***Please use red apply button above for immediate consideration*** Business Title: Sr. Build/Release Engineer Req.#: 2006-198 Job Location: Santa Clara, CA Good Technology is looking for a highly motivated Sr. Build/Release engineer to join our Build/Release team.
The Build/Release team at Good supports all of engineering with Perforce administration, tools administration, builds, makefile development, build debugging, merging, and build support.
Required Experience: Bachelor of Science, Computer Science or Engineering Minimum of 5-7 years of industry experience as a Build/Release engineer 3-5 years Perforce administration, user support, backup, restore, and integration with other third party tools Shell programming mid to senior Makefiles mid to senior Debugging C/C++ build errors SCM concepts, processes, policies and best practices Knowledge of branching and merging Preferred Experience: Automation tools such as Tinderbox, Cruise Control, etc Webpage experience: HTML, PHP, CGI, etc Perl programming Debugging Java build errors Simple networking knowledge Other Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Work within a high-paced environment Relentless and tenacious when pursuing build problems to their root cause Can work independently without supervision Good Technology, Inc. chooses to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
