Working in a call center environment, this position interacts directly with our customers and field employees to ensure our success.

In this fast paced role, you interact with multiple people from customers to installation professionals to ensure service excellence.

This position is the voice of DirecTV and MasTec Advanced Technologies.

  Our call center is open 7 days a week, from 6am until 8pm.

This position offers flexible hours and occasional overtime!   Duties: Ensures order integrity Provides positive customer contact experience, Provides installation status updates Tracks work orders dispatched for completion.

Works closely and effectively with the Customer Care Manager, Field Supervisors, Satellite Installation Technicians and Advanced Technologies and DirecTV Maintains and improves service by listening to customer's description of problems; diagnosing and/or troubleshooting problems Maintains customer rapport by resolving concerns and answering questions.

Maintains safe work environment by following safe practices.

Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Ensures an excellent installation and service experience to DirecTV customers.

Working with all levels within a fast paced and deadline driven organization.

Required Skills We are Looking for Great People who: are comfortable with Talking on the phone are able to Multi-Task can handle Record-keeping requirements can provide outstanding and award-winning Customer Service and are able to pay Attention to Detail.

Call center experience is a plus! Required Experience To be Successful in this position you must: Be a great communicator, both verbally and written.

Be able to provide amazing customer service, generally we look for 1-2 years of experience.

Be able to test negative on a pre-employment drug test.
