Job Description: Every day, our Retail Sales Representatives at Cricket sell great products and unlimited wireless service at fantastic prices to our customers and provide customer service in a fun, energetic environment.
Our Retail Sales Representatives: • Sell wireless phones, service plans and accessories in a fast-paced environment • Deliver outstanding customer service, strive to retain and gain customers • Process payments accurately and resolve customer issues • Participate in outside sales events or promotions • Work flexible hours, overtime, weekends and holidays at various locations • Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance and help create a positive working environment.
Preferred Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience selling wireless handsets, handset trouble shooting and light repairs • 1+ years of sales experience in a quota driven environment • Bilingual speaking and writing skills in Spanish • Strong written, verbal persuasion (soft sales) and interpersonal skills • 2 or more years of college education Required Qualifications: • 1 year retail experience in sales or customer service • 1 year of cash handling experience, including cash drawer reconciliation • High school diploma or GED, or combination of education and experience which enables performance of all aspects of the position • Proficient use of PC software (MS Office preferred) and point of sales systems What You'll Experience: At Cricket, you are part of a diverse, creative, dedicated, and FUN workforce that strives to provide innovative communications solutions.
