Regional Bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Trainer
Company: FONES4ALL, a telecommunications firm.
What We Do: We are a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier based in Woodland Hills, CA. Our primary focus is providing discounted basic local telephone service to those members of the community who qualify.
We are also expanding in the area of low-cost long distance telephone services.
The Opportunity: Fones4All is looking for a Bilingual Regional Sales Trainer for Southern CA (Sand Diego area) to make up part of its sales team.
Experience in the telecommunications field is an added plus.
Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) both oral and written are a must.
Salary range: $30,000 to $55,000 plus $400 monthly automobile allowance.
The position of Bilingual Regional Sales Trainer offers enormous commission potential depending on the number of new accounts acquired.
Job Requirements: The Regional Bilingual Sales Trainer must be a very mature, dynamic individual with a strong sense of entrepreneurship who is comfortable working on his/her own with very minimal direct supervision.
He/she must have a passion for sales and thrive on challenging opportunities.
Must have outstanding people's skills, as he/she will be putting together teams and be responsible for their performance.
As a Regional Sales Trainer for FONES4ALL the RST will be required to put together sales reports, gather competitive activity information, and report to top management potential problems and recommended solutions in order to meet sales quotas to be determined by the Company.
On-the-job training in the telecommunications field will be provided.
