Know telecom? A leading Manhattan telecommunications provider is seeking a highly motivated candidate to be a part of one of its most profitable divisions.
Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for processing orders for local and long-distance service throughout the USA Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Skills and Experience Must have knowledge of Verizon USOC's & Business Rules, Verizon Products and interaction between MetTel and various wholesale support divisions at Verizon.
Must understand nuances between different services and features Knowledge of SBC, GTE and Bell South a plus Some college a plus Effectively communicate with customers via telephone and e-mail.
Compensation Commensurate with experience Founded in 1996 in New York City as a full-service telecommunications company, MetTel has experienced steady growth.
The company currently serves customers nationwide as well as in the District of Columbia.
MetTel's innovative and proprietary operations support systems provide leading edge electronic bonding, provisioning, customer care and billing system capabilities which have fueled its expansion.
