In this critical and creative role, you will focus heavily on carrier compliance with internally facing applications for the carrier business unit including overseeing the development of handset applications.

You will be responsible for SMS.ac s web and mobile based products and providing our customers an awesome consumer experience improving user attraction, retention and revenue.

Primary Responsibilities: Classify, track, and organize all information related to carrier regulations Establish a process to insure carrier regulation compliance in new products Establish a process to consistently check carrier compliance and take corrective action where necessary Oversee development of handset applications Maintain and update handset applications as new applications are built in the Community/PD teams Design and maintain carrier control tools for current products Design and maintain tools for monitoring messaging applications Analyze user statistics for each carrier and implement solutions for improving user acquisition, retention, and revenue Help design and implement product marketing campaigns for each carrier Candidate Should Possess: BA/BS Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, marketing or similar.

1 - 5 years of software product design and product management experience.

Experience with quantitative software usability analysis (Human-Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, etc) Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements into a product vision Experience developing product requirements, specifications, and prototypes.

Excellent oral, writing, and presentation skills Quantitative analytical abilities Ability to drive & persuade the core or project team to closure on complex issues involving conflict Entrepreneurial experience and familiarity with business issues Highly developed group facilitation and interpersonal skills Flexibility and ability to properly prioritize Can t lose/Can-do attitude SMS.ac Company Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance.
