Network Services/Support
Network Services/Support Responsibilities Job Description: Engineering Specialist position is responsible for ordering and project managing the provisioning of T45, OCX, ATM and T1.
5 products and services in accordance with design specifications to meet internal Client and external customer needs.
Incumbent supervises the provisioning process which includes order receipt, design, test and turn-up of service requests.
Must possess broad working knowledge of voice, data, ACCUNET T1.
5, ATM/frame relay and complex networking arrangements.
Project management skills required.
Documentation and database management skills desired.
Experience in client provisioning systems is required (SOTS, POCITS, TIRKS, ICORE and EFMS).
In-depth knowledge of MS Windows 98/2000/NT and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are also required.
Project Certification is desired.

6. Project Mgmt Spec - Project Doc, Project Plan Exec Expert Require
7. Required Industry Exp - 1 3 years Expert Require
8. Tech Education Discipline - Project Mgmt Cert Expert Require
