2. - Network Responsibilities Will be working with client directly in call center environment and via Remedy based trouble-ticketing system.

Heavy Cisco router/switch experience preferred.
VoIP a plus.
Require Government security clearance -public security trust.
Qualifications GCSC has opening in Hogan group Network Operations Center (NOC) for WAN/LAN data network support.
Position requires understanding of Cisco WAN/LAN technologies, TCP/IP protocols, transport (P-to-P, MPLS/EVPN, Frame Relay).
Must be US citizen.
24 by 7 multiple shifts.
