NOC Technician

ABOUT OUR COMPANY: Global Linking Solutions, located in the Whitehall Technology Park, has an opening for the following position : NOC Technician JOB DESCRIPTION: Wanted: energetic, hard worker with a positive attitude to provide customer support in our fast-paced 24 hour network operations center.
On the job training to develop a marketable skill set for career progression into a network engineer.
Job duties include, but are not limited to fielding customer calls, opening trouble tickets, tier I troubleshooting, statusing customers and escalations.
The NOC technician will be required to work alternate shifts after preliminary training which will include nights & weekends.
Upon successful completion of the training program this position will move from hourly to salaried.
Salary ranges start at 25K.
Prior telecommunication experience not necessary, but helpful.
