Our team impacts millions of people and tackle challenging projects alongside fun, talented and creative colleagues Job Description: The Marketing Manager, Direct will be a key member of the marketing team responsible for email, paid search, partner and affiliate marketing programs to drive new subscriber acquisition.

The candidate will have responsibility for new customer acquisition and be accountable for results.

The successful candidate will have exceptional analytical skills and a strong understanding of offline and online direct response.

They will also be responsible for list segmentation as well as creating detailed analysis and reports on, file attrition, retention, acquisition, prospect lists and segment performance in support of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new users using online, viral and WOM marketing - Work with team to finalize content for programs, including web site, email, online advertising, partnerships; - Measure, analyze and report key trends in program performance; - Manage relationships with various vending partners (offline and online) to ensure effective customer shopping experience - Develop specific, actionable recommendations regarding program selection and design; - Have a strong consumer marketing interest in all aspects of direct response including: creative, offer strategy, production.

Requirements: Candidates should only apply if they have run customer acquisition programs for at least 3 years.
