Our Event team members are a vital part of the T-Mobile National Retail Channel, servicing independently-owned outlets across the US Outgoing, creative, and professional, Event Program Supervisors coach their Representative teams to create excitement around T-Mobile products and services and to generate incremental sales within their regions.
OPPORTUNITY--YOUR CHANCE TO SHINE With the T-Mobile events program in its infancy, our Event Program Supervisors are in a position of high visibility and responsibility.
In this role, you'll work with your Area Sales Manager to plan and execute a results-oriented event program to help create a buzz around T-Mobile's products and services at the National Retail level.
As a mentor and coach to your team of six to sixteen Event Representatives, you'll rely on your management skills to foster an environment that is conducive to the highest productivity, synergy, and cooperation.
Plus, you'll put your relationship-building skills to the test as you also work with store management and personnel to assure that program support is exceeding retailers' expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Effectively train, coach and develop productive Event staff and hold them accountable to performance measures • Handle all direct mgmt responsibilities around recognition and performance evaluations for ER • Work with National Retail Account staff and management to develop creative and effective locations, times and events • Administrative / Operational efforts to manage program (scheduling, • Provide in-field support of ER team through side-by-side selling and validation of ER activities • Meet or exceed activation targets and sales-per-hour measurements • Maintain budgeted headcount levels, with an eye for new talent in the ER role QUALIFICATIONS •Sales background - Preferably in retail management •Highly organized •Technically savvy •Stellar coaching/training skills •Results-driven •A knack for effective and persuasive verbal and written communication •The ability to prioritize and multi-task with ease •he flexibility to work weekends and other varied shifts as assigned •Requires valid driver license and satisfactory driving record To join our T-Mobile team, click apply now and search for Req. 123468 At T-Mobile everyone has a voice!
