Engineer III
Cisco, TCP/IP, WAN, MPLS, CCNA/CCNP Engineer III will be responsible for monitoring/supporting a Global MPLS customer network on a 7x24x365 basis including problem identification, documentation, escalation and resolution.
Experience with TCP/IP, Cisco routers, hubs, ethernet switches is required.
Thorough knowledge of WAN technologies such as MPLS and frame relay is required.
Knowledge of routing fundamentals, customer applications, and troubleshooting techniques is essential.
The Network Engineer III must exhibit the skills necessary to provide technical support and direction to lower level technicians, including shift lead duties.
Must be able to work off-shift and weekends.
