Direct Sales Supervisor: US Cable
Direct Sales Supervisor US Cable is a fast growing Cable TV/Broadband co. seeking a high energy self starter to hire & manage direct sales reps based in Northern CO. Responsibilities include hiring, training, tracking & motivating field sales reps in the residential & commercial markets.
Some selling will be required with the position.
Meeting & exceeding sales goals while providing excellent customer service will be the primary focus.
Successful candidate must have field selling experience, proven management skills, excellent communication & written skills.
Cable or telecommunications experience a plus.
