Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representative Overview Customer Service Representative I provides customer support for phone services.
Researches and responds to low and medium complexity customer inquiries.
Reviews and updates customer records in database.
Responsibilities Customer Service Representative I provides customer support for phone services.
Researches and responds to low and medium complexity customer inquiries.
Reviews and updates customer records in database.
Resolves problems and refers unresolved ones to the responsible parties.
Performs due diligence on customer inquiries through oral/written communication Qualification
1. Good oral communication skills on the telephon
2. Basic Windows and Netscape Navigator skill
3. Data entry skill
4. Problem solving skill
5. Ability to work flexible work schedule: days, nights, weekends, and holiday
6. Ability to perform basic database querying - Minimum Educational Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent - Minimum Experience Qualifications - 1-2 years of customer service experience.
