CABS System Administrator
CABS System Administrator COME JOIN A WINNER MADISON RIVER COMMUNICATIONS IS A GROWING TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY We currently have an opening for a CABS System Administrator.
Candidates must be motivated team players that enjoy working in a rapidly changing working environment.
This position is located in Mebane, North Carolina.
Mebane is about 25 minutes from Durham and 30 minutes from Greensboro.
General Summary: The CABS System Admnistrator will provide day to day administrative services on the carrier access billing system including setting up carriers for billing.
This individual will also assign BAN, load contact information, and establish wire center information, rate elements, trunks, and implement rate changes.
The CABS System Administrator will also produce switched access bills and print and send bills to carriers, apply updates and patches on the billing system and perform installations.
In addition the qualified individual will provide training to users and establish and maintain effective working relations with internal personnel.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Telephony experience with Access Services Strong experience with Excel, MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Word Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills Relational database experience, UNIX experience, and Windows administration experience Education and Experience: BS degree in Information Systems or related field 3 plus years of working experience in Information Systems We offer competitive wages ($45,000 to $65,000 annually), a bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical/dental/life insurance and 401k profit sharing.
