A Business Analyst is needed to work on an online self service and account management portal, which includes projects to integrate multiple web site into one web site.
This consultant will analyze existing business functions and determine and define how to create online capabilities that will enable customers to complete these task online in a self service model.
This includes detailed business analysis and process documentation, requirements development, marketing, and business management for online payment functions and identity (user name) creation, login, and forgot password flows.
