We're so much more than just a phone company! Working as an Associate Director - Product Marketing Management, you will be responsible for the full life-cycle management of a large and/or complex product/service line.

You will also manage marketing strategy for complex products/services.

Additional Responsibilities: Develop new products/services and enhancements Conduct complex market forecasting activities Work with customer to develop applications to expand customer's market Manage the coordination and implementation of the pricing, procurement, promotion, distribution channel strategy and selection, competitive analysis, or marketing planning for the product/service line Be accountable for financial analysis and revenue attainment Develop short and long term marketing plans Marketing activities may support both current and emerging technologies.

Provide training and updates to the sales staff Manage direct reports QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Five years experience in product management or marketing Previous supervisory experience Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills Strong written, verbal and oral presentation skills Strong strategic thinking skills Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other standard office computer applications Ability to motivate and lead direct reports Ability to clear a criminal background check and drug test The successful candidate will be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation: Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax Desired Qualifications: Six or more years experience in product management or marketing Ability to anticipate risks and devise contingencies to manage them AT&T is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer, and we are committed to hiring a diverse and talented workforce.
