We're so much more than just a phone company! Provide support to customers requiring technical assistance for Logical and Physical connectivity problems on AT&T Managed Network Services.
Interact with internal and external vendors in scheduling and coordinating dispatches and resolution.
Responsible for accurate documentation of customer interaction and the proper engaging of internal and external support teams as necessary.
Perform troubleshooting, diagnostic and repair for hardware and software issues on LAN and WAN related services.
The AT&T Customer Operations centers are responsible for the maintenance of the business customers requiring Internet connectivity 24x7x365 days.
Candidates must be willing to work various shifts required for Network operations.
Agents will perform a multi-functional maintenance role in support of MIS customer base.
Agents will be the first point of contact for AT&T's Customers.
Focus is on 100% customer satisfaction.
QualificationsRequired Skills: Advanced Cisco certifications - (CCNP - Cisco Certified Network Professional - Preferred.
) At least three years of Customer service Phone supporting commercial customers from a Tier 2 capacity in a Network Operations environment.
Strong understanding of Network troubleshooting as well as strong understanding of SNA and Transaction routing.
Must be self-motivated and able to solve complex technical problems and interface with customers to identify, analyze, and solve connectivity problems using internal tools.
Good verbal skills to effectively communicate technical advice to non-technical customers.
Strong written communication skills necessary.
