Communicates with end users to determine needs and schedule work.
Responsible to provide basic training on all hardware and some software.
High school diploma required supplemented by an Associate degree in Computer Science or a Technical Certificate, or any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Two years workstation support experience.
