Job Description: Associate Producer Video and multimedia production department of global PR agency seeks an associate producer to produce, manage and coordinate multiple projects.
Looking for an energetic, organized leader who has experience leading production and post-production teams in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Working directly with a team of producers and editors on creative development, project management, and client interaction for video and multimedia projects Liaise with complimentary digital practice such as designer, interactive strategists, programmers to develop engaging content Work directly with account teams to manage and track project scope Managing multiple creative projects at once Some production management--managing schedule and workflow of a busy post-production facility Some administrative duties Must haves for this position: At least 4-6 years experience in video production Agency or corporate video or multimedia production experience Strong people skills; experience interfacing directly with clients Knowledge of current video formats and post-production workflows and deliverables Strong project management and organizational skills Knowledge of local production resources Familiarity with production/post-production schedules and budgets Preferred applicants will have (not must haves): Familiarity with Flash and Motion Graphics production, especially After Effects Familiarity with video compression and web deliverables Field production experience Familiarity with Final Cut Pro workflow Familiarity with the latest interactive trends and technologies Story editing skills EOE/AA/M/F/V/D Ketchum and its subsidiaries do not accept resumes from independent recruiters or persons other than the applicant via Ketchum.com.
