Heres What We Are Looking For: The X-Charge Installer is responsible for installing and configuring X-Charge according to the unique needs of the business, ensuring customers have access to and training on all contracted services and features of X-Charge, and providing technical support or re-train users who have trouble in the first few days of using X-Charge.

Essential Function
Install X-Charge and integrate with merchants Point of Sale system.


Install hardware ordered for X-charge.


Update account status and add notes in the Customer Relationship Management system.


Provide technical assistance or account support if able.


Add and research entries into the company knowledge base.

Desired Qualifications
0-3 years of customer support experience in a technical environment.


Strong customer service and professional skills over the phone.


The ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
Multitasking capabilities and strong attention to detail
Excellent logic, reasoning and decision making skills.


Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing technology.


Ability to work under pressure, in a team environment.


Troubleshooting Windows based operation system (minimum XP )
Home/ business networks (wire and wireless) using multiple network technologies such as switches, routers, printer, etc.
Networking technologies TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls
Internet connectivity using cable, DSL, satellite, dial-up
Consumer/business peripherals printers, modems
