Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes test data, prepares test reports, and makes release recommendations to the Division Chief and Program Office.

Sets aggressive goals and drives implementation.

Develops and implements the improvement strategy directed by the PMO. Works with the PMO to prioritize projects.

Tracks and reports impact of the changes strategy.

Breaks down business barriers.

Creates supporting systems.

Ensures all team members share the same vision of what will happen at the end of the project.

Conflict resolution.

Provides the Executive Team and Stakeholders with progress of all projects and a Monthly project prioritization matrix.
