Duties include answering phones, greeting office visitors, typing transmittals, letters and documents, managing electronic files, completing office and field expense reports, completing weekly time card entries, maintaining management calendars and travel, ordering supplies, and general office support.
Candidate must have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with advanced Word skills.
Relevant experience includes clerical and secretarial related duties, data entry, and general office support.
A qualified candidate will be an independent self-starter with sound judgment, able to multi-task, strong attention to detail, possess a friendly phone voice, and good organizational skills.
A high school diploma is required.
