Duties include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues via phone when possible, logging and dispatching trouble tickets, creating and managing Active Directory accounts, imaging PC/Macintosh laptops.
We are looking for customer service oriented people with Windows 2000/XP experience.
The candidate must have strong communication skills and be able to work well with demanding users and enjoy working in a challenging environment.
*hj (M) Required Skills • Computer Systems: PC• Operating Systems: Windows 2000, XP• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written• Strong desire to learn new technologies Desired Skills • A+ Certification• Ticket tracking system Education HS diploma or equivalent Experience Less than 2 years of experience Requirements Be able to lift 30 lbs.
