SAP Business Analyst/ Configurator
Position Summary: SAP Business Analyst with implementation experience in finance and / or sales that includes responsibility for full project life cycle management of complex and diverse global finance Enterprise Systems implementations.
The person will manage and coordinate the business requirements, system configuration and testing for specific projects.
Responsibilities: (1) Assist in the project planning, (2) Blueprints (requirement analysis and process design), (3) Realization (configuration, QA testing and production support hand-over), (4) Go-live (data conversion, production system build and user acceptance testing) (5) Post Go-Live Hand-Ove
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: * The position requires a strong financial and / or sales background and SAP Business Analyst / Configuration (hands-on) experience in FI and / or SD modules with the ability to communicate with the user community for rallying project support, identifying business requirements and processes and implementing solutions to meet those needs.
* Bachelor's degree, MIS or Business major preferred * Minimum of 5 years of IT work experience * Minimum of 3 years experience in implementing SAP FI and/or CO and / or SD modules in a Business Analyst / Configuration role with at least 2 structured full life cycle developments.
* Project Management experience with ability to manage multiple projects.
* Ability to design solutions that incorporate best business practices with user's requirements.
* Ability to adhere to schedules and project time lines and communication of issues/problems that may impact the ability to meet objectives.
* Ability to work in a team environment and across departments and/or functional modules * Ability to work with business users as well as technical support personnel and communicate effectively with both.
* Must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to effectively interpret needs and requirements on technical level as well as the business process level.
* Some project travel required, as required * Global financial systems implementation experience Media industry experience Desired * Must have the legal right to work in the United States
