Principal Business Critical Account Manager
Duties : Ability to understand and articulate a customer's business and the impact Symantec solutions have on that business Effectively manage relationships with both Symantec and customer resources Proactively resolve service and product issues through both technical support and product management organizations Review, manage and escalate cases to resolution.
Drive and maintain customer satisfaction levels to the highest levels and achieve official customer references from accounts.
Conduct quarterly project planning sessions with each account.
Provide accurate and timely reporting to meet both internal and customer requirements.
24x7 availability.
Requirements : At least 5 years experience within the information technology industry with some experience in the software industry Proven experience of interfacing at senior levels within large organizations.
Proven problem analysis and solving skills.
Ability to plan and drive projects to completion by teaming across multiple organizations.
Strong communications and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of support processes and operations Accustomed to working on an on-call 24x7 basis.
BS Degree or equivalent experience.
