8. x) - Ensure the success of Rimini Street Clients through direct ownership of a Client account.

Build a long-term service relationship that will drive client loyalty and fuel growth opportunities.

- Manage Client account relationships and successfully fulfill commitments on service level agreements.

- Assist Clients with the optimum utilization of their PeopleSoft application through best practices implementation advice.

- Provide functional guidance for PeopleSoft architecture design and application configuration.

- Serve as a trusted functional advisor to clients seeking a successful deployment of PeopleSoft applications.

- Understand customer business requirements, in order to provide expert analysis and recommendations for a successful product implementation.

- Partner with 3rd party solution providers to solve the perpetual conundrum of software licensees trying to manage product issues, application integration, implementation, and inter-operability issues across database platforms and operating systems.

- Provide hands-on assistance using proprietary tools in a test environment or via remote client connectivity.

- Collaborate with team members in a virtual team environment to extend field experience to different client situations.

- Contribute to the development and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and creative processes, to improve the client interaction experience with Rimini Street.

Qualifications: - Expertise in PeopleSoft Payroll, Human Resources, Benefits Administration - CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification from American Payroll Association a plus.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and an appreciation for documentation strongly encouraged.
