Be part of a team of talented people in a winning and successful environment.Job Description: --------------------Looking for a smart, motivated, versatile individuals who will be responsible for the Company*s financial operations, which includes processing supplier invoices, coordinating/tracking in-coming invoices, and acting as liaison between company and Supplier.
This individual will be also responsible for performing other general operational functions and duties.
Responsibilities: --------------------* Tracks all incoming Supplier invoices and calculates invoice turnaround time * Reviews, reconciles and analyzes supplier payments* Process supplier invoices and resolves billing discrepancy * Reviews payables aging for funds due to Classic for overpayment * Prepares monthly marketing accounts receivable invoices * Respond to vendor questions or concerns in a timely manner * Filing and Other special projects Must Have: --------------* 2+ years of experience as Payables coordinator / Accounts Payable* Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook and QuickBooks* Customer service skillsTo Apply
