Organizational Change Management Consultants
Organizational Change Management Consultants Needed!!! The Revere Group is a leading business and technology consultancy, headquartered in Chicago with regional offices across the United States.
We are growing our team and are in search of talent for our Organizational Change Management practice.
This group specializes in Change Management, Organization Alignment and Learning Solutions for technology and process improvement projects.
We are currently looking for individuals at multiple levels from 2-3 years of experience, and 6-8+ years of experiences.
Roles and Responsibilities include
1. ) Staff Level (2-8 years experience on average): Develop of communications plans, messages and mechanisms Development and management of training strategies for process, technology and/or behavior changes including instructor-led training, on-line training and support strategies.
Training design and development (process and technology related) Internal or external consulting experienc
2. ) Senior Staff Level (8+ years experience on average): Development of Change Management strategies (e.
g., communications, training, leadership development) for technology/process implementations.
Organization Alignment background (process design, role definition, organization design) Project planning and project management experience for Change Management and/or Organization Alignment initiatives.
Experience in pre-sales or sales of Change Management and/or Organization Alignment work.
Management of Change Management consultants in large scale projects.
