May perform one or more of the following: Maintains a record of contract budget (actual/projected).
Tracks ACS costs and performance, including time sheet collection, verification, payroll/labor accounting, reporting and distribution.
Prepares and initiates contract billing and provides supporting documentation/reporting to secure payment for services and other deliverables provided to client.
Responsible for facility administration, including space planning and allocation/moves.
Oversees personnel records and administrative processing of contract employees.
May prepare special analyses, reports and presentations of budgets, performance, forecasts, etc. All other duties as assigned.
