IT Retail Support Administrator: Swatch Group
Position Highlight: The IT Retail Support Administrator will be responsible for support and monitoring our Retail Operations within our Information Technology Department.
Project will range from answering service/trouble shooting calls from our retail stores, evaluating, prioritize incoming IT service request, to configuring, repairing and installing new systems and equipment at retail locations.
Responsibilities: · IT support on retail related issues · Serve as a backup on IT support for our Corporate Operations · Support, deployment and processing of changes/upgrades in our Retail system · Maintenance and updates of appropriate operating systems · Configure, repair and install new systems and equipment at retail stores experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, etc. · Coordinate service requests to proper technicians · Monitor, poll and report on date received from retail stores · Diagnose, repair and upgrade hardware or software as necessary · Document/log installations and repair process · Support network connectivity between all retail locations · Requirements: · 2-5 years of network and systems support.
Retail organization experience is required.
· Extensive Customer Service experience.
· Knowledge of DSL Routers, Firewalls and Networking is required.
· Expert knowledge of PC hardware and Windows is required · Detail oriented.
· Able to multitask and travel on occasions.
