Ability to transform business requirements or inputs into a logical model.

Knowledge of converting, extracting or migrating existing data models in to enterprise models.

Proven experience of having worked with enterprise wide logical models such as IBM FSDM or Teradata FSLDM.

Knowledge of SQL to analyze databases.

Minimum of five years as a client facing consultant with broad exposure and experience in a variety of circumstances.

Experience with large consulting/SI firms a plus.

- 3 plus years consulting with financial service organizations larger than $50B in total assets.

Preferably with financial service, insurance and/or healthcare on the west coast.

- Hands-on business unit management experience in business disciplines such as consulting services, marketing and sales, project management, information technology, financial management, business operations, and software development, with proven ability to develop and execute plans.

Demonstrated ability to manage a successful business and P&L.
