This position is responsible for project management over selected information technology process improvement projects.

The position may move between Managers based on the assigned project(s).

Projects will vary in size and complexity.

Deliverables: Develop and lead strong working relationships with cross functional management and team members, identify and document core organizational processes, develop and execute process improvement and demonstrate improvement through solid metrics and reporting Identify, document, and baseline core organizational processes (business and technical), establish metrics, control plans, and reporting mechanisms Lead and manage cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, plan, and implement process improvement opportunities consistent with customer, employee, and shareholder needs and expectations Coach, mentor, and train teams on appropriate quality tools and methodology usage.

Apply best practices for introducing, driving, and sustaining major quality and change initiatives Position is responsible for project scope, timeframe, cost, and assigned deliverables Creation and Support of Control Metrics Reviews & Dashboards Service Delivery Process Management.

Linking Strategic Objectives, Key Processes, Control Metrics, and Dashboards CPI Project Pipeline Support including assisting in the chartering of projects, tracking of project progress, and assisting with quality tools This position will be required to lead cross-functional teams to execute project plans, define problems and solutions in technical and non-technical formats and drive improvements by being assertive, persistent and tenacious.

Must also effectively handle issues or problems raised by the teams or users and identify continuous/potential process improvement opportunities.

As part of the IT Application Service Delivery Team, this position will work across the Application Service Delivery organization to define & implement processes, establish baseline metrics, identify and implement process improvement initiatives, and measure improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required: - Over ten years of experience in information technology, with a minimum of five years leading teams with strong experience in quality and/or process improvement - Expert in process development and has implemented cross-functional processes utilizing one or more proven process development methodologies (Six Sigma or equivalent methodology) - Demonstrated experience in establishing and utilizing measurements, processes, statistical analysis, and metrics to manage support activities - Experienced Blackbelt - Hands on experience on process improvement projects with proven experience/success in Six Sigma/TQM o Able to demonstrate previous proven experience in: Project management Process modeling Process improvement methodologies and tools Establishing and utilizing measurements and metrics, statistical analysis, etc. - Experience with Application Service Delivery strongly desired - Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills including meeting facilitation - Success energizing and influencing teams and organizations in process, culture and technology change - Excellent organizational, leadership and decision-making skills demonstrated in a practical, phased vs. theoretical environment - Experience prioritizing, coordinating, and delivering process, organizational, and technology change Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.

Six Sigma, TQM, or PMP certification desired.
