IT Field Support Administrator: Deka Technologies Inc.
Job OverviewThe primary function is the maintenance, administration, modification, and support needs concerning all aspects of the current networking/computer system for multiple clients.
This position reports directly to the owner of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities Monitor File Systems (support/administration/modification) Hardware/Desktop/Software/Networking support Perform Database load/unloads Travel locally to multiple customer sites per week and one out of state visit once per month Monitor and manage Exchange Server 2003 and or 2008 Administer Windows Server 2003 and 2008 AD Domains Purge Files Maintain Data and System Backups and Replications Maintain Networking System Responsible for ordering and maintaining computers systems and components(update as necessary).
Maintain NEC and Shoretel phone systems.
Maintain network printersSkill & Qualifications Must have the skill set and the experience to work with a complex networking computer system/server.
Good communications skills.
Must be able to think and work independently.
Microsoft certified is a plus Must be strategic.
Must work well independently and in a team Knowledge of Bentley, Autocad, Quickbooks, MS Dynamics and SQl are a plus
