Helpdesk/Desktop Technicians Needed!: Swiss Post Solutions

We are looking for a Helpdesk/Desktop Technician to support our client, a world reknown News Magazine! Responsibilities will include: Provide 1st level phone support for all company hardware/software issues Workstation configuration for all new employees Troubleshooting Exchange, Active Directory, MS Office, etc. Troubleshooting Blackberry and handheld devices Troubleshooting printers Escalation of voice, application and server issues to appropriate dept.
leads Other duties as assigned Necessary experience with the following hardware and software include: PC Macintosh Blackberry Active Directory Exchange Office '07 VPN Lexmark Printers Job Abilities include: Excellent customer relation skills (communication, setting and meeting expectations, listening, etc.) Highly developed analytical skills Able to work with minimal supervision and within a team oriented environment Able to multi-task We are looking for candidates with a strong corporate polish and excellent customer service skills.
The starting annual salary is 40K.
