Field Service Representative I - Wilmington, NC
Field Service Representative I Location: Wilmington, NC QualxServ has an immediate opening for a technologically-savvy, customer-oriented professional to work in a field environment as a Field Service Representative (FSR) I.
QualxServ FSRs are responsible for the installation, problem diagnosis and repair of a wide range of information technology hardware, to include: personal computing systems, servers, printers, satellite systems and other related peripherals.
This is an entry level position that works under direction of a manager or lead.
Required Problem solver in difficult situations Excellent interpersonal skills and team work oriented Must be able to climb a ladder to repair and maintain Satellite equipment Hard Worker and self starter Excellent Computer Knowledge (2+ years of experience preferred) Able to work independently A+ certification Technical and Product Knowledge PCs (Desktop and Mobile platforms) Printers (Dell, IBM, HP, Lexmark, Canon) Servers Point of Sale (POS) systems Satellite (VSAT) QualxServ offers the following benefits: - Tuition Reimbursement - Medical/Dental/Vision - 401K Plan with Competitive Company Match - Paid Employee Time Off (vacation, holidays and personal) - Life Insurance/AD&D
