Executive Sales/Operations Manager
Executive Sales/Operations Management Executive Sales/Operations Management Rapidly growing software company is looking for a dynamic Sales-oriented General Manager to lead their organization.
This position will be responsible for driving sales, building a cohesive team and for overall business management.
This position can potentially work from a virtual office and has the opportunity to gain an equity share in the company.

Qualified candidates will be dynamic, experienced Sales, Sales Management or Senior Operations Management professionals who possess the following qualifications and experience: 10 - 15 years experience with progressive sales & marketing managerial responsibilities.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
Advance degree in related field desired.
Proven ability in leading, coaching and counseling; performance management; training; and mentoring employees to maximize the contribution of each individual.
Demonstrated strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, growth-oriented organization.
Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
Ability to build and coach high performance teams as well as participate as a strong team player.
Ability to think ahead and strategically plan over a 1-2 year time span.
Strong problem solving skills at both a strategic and functional level.
Ability to prioritize, execute and manage multiple activities.
Technical skills in strategic planning and sales planning.
Strong customer service orientation.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written including presentation skills.
