Responsibilities
Supports the Procurement Group Contracts Administration function, including:
Handling incoming electronic and paper based contracts and determining proper course of action
Scrutinizing contracts to ensure they are complete and in compliance with rules established by Legal Department, SOX, and SOP's.
Assisting Adobe Buyers and Business Owners with ACM contract inquiries and corrections on NRG (Non Revenue Generating) contracts.
Rejecting invalid, incomplete or non compliant submissions and responding to Buyers and Business Owners in a timely professional manner.
Interacting with Legal counsel regarding non compliant contracts
Routing contracts for signature in accordance with policy based on contract group/type and properly filing contracts in the ACM (Adobe Contract Management) system.
Involves a mixture of routine tasks such as internal delivery of contracts to Adobe signatories.
Mailing, scanning and contract loading as well as dealing with complex rules and a large variety of contract types.
Other tasks may include looking up supplier information in the vendor database.
Requirements
System Knowledge Required - MS Word, Excel and Outlook
SAP and Adobe Acrobat knowledge are desirable
