Consumer Representative - Inbound
Job Description Title: Consumer Representative - Inbound Req Number: holl-00001311 Location(s): Libertyville Hollister Incorporated is an independent, employee-owned company that develops, manufactures and markets health care products globally to health care professionals and the patients they serve.
These products are grouped under four major lines: Ostomy Care, Continence Care/Urology, Wound Care, and Mother Baby Care.
A recognized leader, Hollister has been serving the health care community for over eighty years.
A global organization, Hollister's corporate headquarters is located in Libertyville Illinois.
It maintains manufacturing and distribution facilities in several locations worldwide and has direct Sales & Marketing units in all major countries.
The company presently is seeking a passionate Consumer Representative who will respond to inbound calls from Consumers and Healthcare Professionals by providing product information, promoting Hollister products and processing sample orders as requested.
Influence purchasing decisions of end-users by collaborating with the DTC Alliance partners to grow sales of the United States Hollister OWC products.
Inbound Call Management ' Provide product information to End Users and Healthcare Professionals in response to inbound telephone inquiries ' Upsell and encourage competitive end-users to convert to Hollister products ' Create Warm Transfer opportunities in support of our Direct to Consumer initiatives ' Implement marketing programs and directives to inbound callers ' Process sample orders through CRM ' Create Sample follow-up activities in CRM End-User Support Initiatives ' Attend and support local United Ostomy Association chapter meetings ' Attend corporately sponsored consumer events ' Participate in DTC meetings and training programs Other ' Process product usage and sample requests received from Hollister websites ' Webmail management from Hollister Websites ' Achieve assigned performance goals ' Maintain up to date OWC product knowledge including features and benefits as well as knowledge of focus products and product line.

EDUCATION/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: ' 3 years of Customer Service, telesales or related field experience ' Excellent communication skills ' Goal Oriented ' Strong organizational skills ' Possess the ability to work under pressure and exhibit multi-tasking capabilities Desirable but not required: ' Bachelors Degree ' Work related experience in an end-user market preferably healthcare ' Sales training ' SAP Experience ' CRM Experience
