Data/BI Manager Our client in the Baltimore, MD area is currently seeking 7 Project Managers to work on their Delivery Team!! (All require seasoned Project Managers with 10-20 years of experience in healthcare environments) You will be 1 of 7 working in this long term contract position that begins immediately!! Data/BI Manager Position Description/Responsibilities: - Solid PM skills, strong direction setting and expediting skills, and the ability to take immediate corrective action when a task is off course.
- Experienced project manager with demonstrated leadership excellence.
- In-depth Project Planning Methodology skills.
- Manage project plan and the day-to-day activities of project(s) to deliver tasks on time, within budget, and within scope.
- Responsible for the success of the project(s).
- Ability to communicate effectively with client management.
- Identifies and capitalizes on interdependencies within the project to ensure end-to-end synergy during all phases of the project life cycle.
- Develops and manages all key project and project governance documents.
- Manages to the project budget, and reports project cost information in an accurate and timely manner.
- Proactively identifies additional cost-savings to reduce overall project expenditures.
- Proactively evaluates project activities, builds contingency plans, executes corrective action, and monitors issue resolution to mitigate risks such as scope and/or budget variances.
Required Skills: You will be the Data/BI Manager This is the delivery manager for all the data/BI activities.
Heavy BI/DATA experience (ETL, Informatica, Data model, Meta Data, overall data/BI strategy) Technical delivery manager, familiar with Healthcare payer, is a big plus! - 10-20 years of experience.
